I managed the brand end-to-end :
marketing, communication, production, content,
logistics and retail.

From creating the brand platform and producing campaigns to product development, warehouse coordination, retail rollout at Galeries Lafayette, B2B/B2C prospection and operational management.

  • I developed the full brand platform, narrative, tone, values and visual direction.
    My role covered both creativity and delivery, including:

    • Brand platform creation (positioning, messaging, storytelling)

    • Executive production of communication campaigns

    • Photography for commercial assets & lookbooks

    • BTS filmmaking + editing to support narrative content

    • Social media management & communication consistency

  • Beyond communication, I handled the operational backbone of the brand, ensuring product and logistics moved as efficiently as creative output:

    • Product development follow-up

    • Supply chain coordination

    • Warehouse & stock management

    • Day-to-day logistics supervision

  • I oversaw the retail development strategy, including our launch at Galeries Lafayette Paris, from design to sales performance:

    • Retail design & space setup

    • Staff recruitment, briefing & management

    • Sales reporting & weekly performance analysis

    • B2B & B2C prospection (Europe & Middle East)

I contributed to the full retail activation by designing the space layout, setting up the stand and creating an efficient operational flow.


My role included hiring and coaching sales staff, managing stock levels daily, coordinating replenishments, and ensuring the stand remained visually aligned with the brand.


I was present on-site to oversee operations, support sales, organise merchandising and manage opening/closing processes, from setup to breakdown.
